This is an in-depth approach focused on gaining self-awareness of the unconscious factors influencing one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. The essence of this work is to achieve growth by addressing long-standing issues through self-exploration.

Our work requires openness to examining your inner world, building trust in our relationship and confronting aspects of yourself you may have been avoiding.

Each session lasts 50 minutes. Patients are met with at a frequency of one to three times every week.

GET TO KNOW ME

My name is Harneer Kaur.

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and an RCI-registered clinical psychologist in India. My practice is rooted in the Object Relations and Transference-Focused Psychotherapy approaches. Additionally, I am a member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS), with 6+ years of experience.

I offer psychotherapy by secure videoconference to people whose location, lifestyle, or circumstances make in-person meetings difficult. However, I conduct in-person consultations in Gurgaon, Haryana. My work extends to English- and Hindi-speaking patients worldwide.

My experience providing psychotherapeutic treatment includes, but is not limited to:
- Adults with anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, adverse traumatic experiences, and personality disorders
- Couples navigating relationship dynamics and interpersonal challenges

Currently, I balance my private practice with work as a consultant Clinical Psychologist.
